But I thought I'd clarify a few points: all human laws in America are based on nature as our forefathers believed in a God that was deeply rooted in nature. Deism is the belief in God based on the application of reason on the designs/laws found throughout Nature. And we all have the same potentials, it is free will that decides how we will use it.
