10,000% Correct! I love her at exactly at 3:10 with the background and if you pause at 3:10 you can see the pose with her hand up and the background just completes it! Just by looking at it at that very moment and you know something good is coming out of her mouth! That to me was the best performance of the night!

Nothing spectacular about Beyonce's performance either. The usual lacking of personality and failure to convey emotion. Beyonce STILL has yet to improve on her POOR conviction. "Over the rainbow" was a classic that should only be touched by those who KNOW how to catch the true ESSENCE of a song. Beyonce paled in comparison to others who have performed it (Garland, Eva Cassidy, Katharine Mcphee).

And if you are assuming that I am "hating" as some may call it, no, I am not. Beyonce usually has that problem, when she cover's other songs, or any song for that matter...her tone fails to change. Oh, and if you are going to feed me bullshit about her performance exemplified "vulnerability", please don't. Shrugging and corny facial expressions are not the equivalent to vulnerability. Hudson did good on the FIRST half of this song, but lost her way in the second.
