So my belief that godzilla does not really exist is nothing but a leap of faith? The only rational statement we can make is that we can neither prove nor disprove if godzilla is real? You have completely missed the points of his arguments, in which he even states we can not disprove god.

This is a leap of faith .The only rational statement that can be made is that it is not known that god exists or doesnot exist.stating catagorically that he does not exist based on incomplete knowledge is not logical. Atheism is not now, nor will it ever be a scientific stance.

Yes, but most of the universes have not, and those who have the china teapot(s) in orbit around sun(s) don't have it next to a planet with intelligent life or lives, and those universes who have that don't have it in orbit around intelligent lives who look like humans. But I believe one of these universes have three teapots in orbit around a planet that look just like ours... It isn't ours though =D

If there was observable evidence of God, then I would be forced to reevaluate my position. However, no such evidence exists, and until such evidence presents itself, all intelligent people must assume that God is not real.

Part of Bertrand Russell's argument is that not even our most powerful scientific instruments could detect the teapot, therefore, it is outside the capabilities of science, as is the invisible pink unicorn, which of course can not be detected by any means whatsoever. If we can not detect something, we have absolutely no reason to believe it exists. If something is not perceptible by scientific instrumentation, then for all intents and purposes it does not exist.

Bertrand Russell was an idiot. Celestial teapot as an argument for why we cannot disprove the existence of God? A teapot is human-made, and so is spaghetti, and little pink unicorns. According to believers, God exists outside the realm of mathematical physics, so by that definition, God's existence cannot be proven because such an existence is not perceptible by scientific instrumentation. However, gleaning whether there is a celestial teapot is within the capability of science.
