When the drummers are on time with their chops, thats what u call pocket. I learn that from somebody. i didn't know what pocket meant at first but i learned that pocket means you're right on time with the music. i'm just a young 15 year old musician on the come-up. I learn from things like this.

Everybody makes some valid points. But I guess I'll just have to agree to disagree, because I don't see anywhere how Tony is superior to Thomas technically or musically. Also, I'm judging this on what I know about these drummers as a whole and not this one clip because I've heard Thomas say he wanted to avoid giving this DVD a battle-type vibe, but it does seem that Tony goes for blood everytime he sits down. But both are good and it's a matter of preference of style
