Little Ray's Reptile Zoo on Bank Street in Ottawa. They've got various indoor reptile displays and a few outdoor animals.

They're a breeding facility for White Bengal Tigers, snow leopards and Lemurs so you'll see animals come & go. It's a shame they aren't closer to Ottawa. I'd love to see them merge with Little Rays and open a large zoo near the city - If the animals don't get stressed by some of the noise, of course...

There's only 1 male tiger in there now. The others are on loan, I went to this zoo today.

The first cat seen is what is known as a ghost tiger or a stripless white tiger. It actually has very pale gray stripes that are hard to see. You can see the few stripes on the tale. They are very badly inbred.

White tigers actually vary quite a bit in the degree of whiteness. Some have bold black or reddish brown stripes, some have faded looking grayish stripes, and some, like this one, have almost no visible striping at all. This one is at the extreme end of the white spectrum.

Perhaps its an old tiger..with fading stripes? o.o I don't know of white tigers having there stripes faded when they reach old age so it could either be a white lion or aging tiger
